This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general approach of SIEBERT MOBILITY, INC. (“Siebert Mobility,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding cancellations, refunds, vehicle purchases, mobility equipment, parts, services, and other transactions.
Because mobility vehicles, vehicle modifications, equipment, labor, and special-order products can involve customized work and third-party costs, refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific transaction. The written purchase agreement, invoice, service agreement, proposal, or other transaction document applicable to a specific purchase will control where its terms differ from this general policy.
1. General Refund Principles
Refund requests are reviewed based on:
- Type of purchase
- Whether work has started
- Whether parts or equipment have been ordered
- Whether materials are custom or special order
- Whether labor has been performed
- Whether a vehicle has been modified
- Whether a product has been installed
- Whether the transaction has been completed
- Terms of the applicable written agreement
Not every purchase or service is eligible for a refund.
2. Website Inquiries
Submitting a contact or consultation form does not create a purchase. There is no charge merely for submitting a general website inquiry unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
3. Consultations
If a consultation carries a fee, any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before payment. If no consultation fee is charged, there is no refund applicable to the consultation itself.
4. Service Appointments
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment should contact Siebert Mobility as soon as reasonably possible. Cancellation requirements may vary depending on the type of appointment and whether parts, labor, or other resources have already been committed.
5. Labor
Labor already performed is generally not refundable. If a customer cancels a project after work has started, the customer may remain responsible for labor already performed and other properly incurred project costs.
6. Parts and Materials
Parts and materials may be purchased specifically for a customer’s vehicle or project. Special-order, customized, installed, opened, or otherwise non-returnable parts may not be eligible for refund. If a supplier charges a restocking or cancellation fee, the customer may be responsible for applicable costs when permitted by the transaction agreement.
7. Customized Work
Customized vehicle modifications and mobility installations may involve work specifically designed for a particular vehicle or customer. Because customized work may not be readily resalable, completed customized work is generally not refundable solely because a customer changes their mind.
8. Mobility Equipment
Refund eligibility for mobility equipment depends on the product, condition, installation status, supplier requirements, and applicable transaction documentation. Equipment that has been installed, modified, used, or customized may be subject to different return conditions.
9. Vehicle Purchases
Vehicle purchases are governed by the applicable purchase agreement and transaction documents. A customer should carefully review the purchase documents before completing a vehicle purchase. Vehicle deposits may be subject to transaction-specific terms, including costs incurred by the company in preparing or holding a vehicle.
10. Used Vehicles
Used vehicles may have normal variations in condition associated with age, mileage, previous use, maintenance history, and prior modifications. Any return rights or warranty rights applicable to a used vehicle will be determined by the applicable purchase agreement and warranty documentation.
11. Accessible Vehicles and Conversions
Accessible vehicles and modified vehicles may contain specialized equipment and customized configurations. Once modification or installation work has been performed, refund eligibility may be limited because the work may be specific to the vehicle and customer requirements.
12. Warranty Claims
A warranty claim is not necessarily the same as a refund request. Where a manufacturer or company warranty applies, the warranty terms may provide for repair, replacement, adjustment, or another remedy rather than a refund. Customers should review the applicable warranty documentation.
13. Damaged or Defective Products
If a customer believes that a product or component was received damaged or defective, the customer should contact Siebert Mobility promptly. The company may request photographs, purchase information, description of the issue, vehicle information, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
14. Incorrectly Supplied Items
If an item was supplied incorrectly due to an error attributable to the company, Siebert Mobility will review the situation and determine an appropriate remedy consistent with the transaction terms and applicable law.
15. Customer-Caused Damage
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation by an unauthorized party, accident, neglect, alteration, abuse, or failure to follow applicable instructions may affect refund or warranty eligibility.
16. Change of Mind
A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the specific transaction and applicable law.
17. Shipping
If products are shipped, customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery. Customers should notify Siebert Mobility as soon as reasonably possible if an item appears damaged in transit. Shipping claims may be subject to carrier procedures and deadlines.
18. Refund Request Process

19. Refund Review
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the transaction documents, applicable product conditions, work performed, supplier policies, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
20. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
21. Non-Refundable Costs
Depending on the transaction, the following may not be refundable:
- Labor already performed
- Special-order parts
- Customized components
- Installation charges already incurred
- Third-party fees
- Restocking fees
- Shipping costs
- Materials already used
- Other costs specifically identified as non-refundable in the applicable agreement
22. Customer Cancellation
Customers should contact Siebert Mobility before cancelling a project. The company will review whether work has begun and whether costs have already been incurred.
23. Company Cancellation
In circumstances where Siebert Mobility is unable to complete an agreed service or transaction, the company will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution consistent with the applicable agreement and law.
24. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that customers have under applicable federal or Nebraska law. Where applicable law provides a mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer protection right, that right remains applicable.
25. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
